5. Overall Calibration and Quality Inspection
Recheck gate post verticality, gate leaf horizontal level and doorway parallelism with level tools. Test full opening and closing stroke repeatedly to confirm no jamming, friction or offset. Shake gate frame gently to verify integral structural firmness, no loose hinges, shaking frame or abnormal noise.
6. Surface Cleaning and Project Acceptance
Check terrain adaptability of the gate assembly, confirm the gate can adapt to farm slight slope ground, with flexible switch and no frame distortion. Adjust hinge tightness and stop block position to rectify installation deviations, fully meeting farm standard construction requirements.
Clean cement residues, dust, welding spots and surface stains on gate frame and hardware. Protect hot-dip galvanized and PVC coated anti-rust outer layer strictly. Prohibit strong acid, alkaline corrosive detergents to avoid coating peeling and metal rusting.
Installation Notes
Complete final acceptance by checking post verticality, doorway size, hinge flexibility, locking stability, foundation firmness and surface coating integrity. The installation is qualified only when no frame deformation, coating damage, rust spot, hardware loosening or switch jamming exists.
