A Procurement Meeting for Fence Buyers in Guangzhou
Start With the Parts Your Site Will Actually Need
A consignment of fence panels has arrived on site of a housing project and the decisions on gate openings and connections to fence posts are still pending. Even though the panels conform to the drawings, the boundary cannot be completed by the site crew. From the perspective of distributors and contractors the important purchasing question for use on sites such as these is what any run of fencing needs for installation and use.
BENDIN produces metal fences and barriers and distributes them to over 70 countries worldwide. They show welded mesh panels as well as chain link fences, tubular fences and gates, temporary fences and edge protection at the trade show. It is best to come with a plan for a single site or with the usual stock articles. BENDIN plans the fence panels in combination with the corresponding fence posts, entrance points, surfaces etc. and can discuss the corresponding shipping terms as well.
Set Aside Time at Booth 8.0F12
The 140th Canton Fair Phase 2 will take place from October 23 to 27, 2026, at China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. We will be located at booth 8.0F12. This will be a good opportunity for you to test a proposed bill of materials, to have a look at our new developed fence ranges or to identify the missing details in your early project inquiry.
Turn a Site Sketch Into a More Useful Inquiry
Count the Openings Before You Count the Panels
A site drawing for a 500m perimeter fence does not determine a route. In addition to pedestrian entrances there may be vehicle gates, changes in level and corners where special post configurations are required. It is helpful to mark out access points and special connections in addition to long runs of fence before getting a quote. Even a rough sketch with approximate measurements is better than nothing and will make a big difference at the show.
Will the site require a flat panel solution or a decorative site perimeter solution. Will the solution need to be relocatable? What are the site ground conditions and how will the posts be fixed to the ground. BENDIN can then discuss the customization options available against your specific dimensions, finishes and site constraints against a “custom fence” order rather than a vague “custom” request.
Check What Must Arrive in the Same Shipment
Components such as panels, posts, clamps, gate hardware and spare fittings can be packed in different units but must be identifiable when the order is unpacked. Are components for different fence heights or gate sizes packaged separately? Are there components that a contractor would need for the first part of the installation? These questions help a contractor plan for receiving the order and enable a distributor to stock appropriate matching parts.
Fence Systems to Discuss With BENDIN
Three product conversations fit well with this type of procurement. If you want to inspect a physical sample before the fair, please contact the team in advance.
2D Welded Mesh Panels for a Straight, Rigid Boundary
Our 2D fence is comprised of straight welded panels of reinforced wire. Typically specified by buyers of industrial sites, schools, sports grounds and similar defined areas, the 2D fence is offered as a flat panel solution providing a solid perimeter. The basic parameters of 2D fencing are: height of panel, wire diameter, mesh openings, post type and fixings for the proposed layout. 2D fencing is included in the projects that BENDIN undertakes and we shall be happy to advise on the most suitable configuration for your requirements.

For a distributor, the range of commonly required heights for perimeter fence panels might be of equal importance. For a contractor, the important questions to ask would be: do the chosen posts work and do the chosen connection details work round the whole boundary?
Fence Gates That Fit the Access Plan
A perimeter is not complete until people, vehicles and maintenance staff are able to pass through it. BENDIN’s metal fence range includes gates for discussion with the main fence instead of being specified as a separate item. Steel tubular fence and gate combinations are an example of where finish, height, profile and appearance should all be considered together.
Highlight on your plan the position and clear opening of each entrance. Decide with your team whether a pedestrian gate, a wider vehicle opening or a delivery layout is required. Hinge direction, post configuration, latching, ground clearance and the space available within the opening for a sliding or swinging leaf will influence your design and it is better to establish these points before the fence panels are ordered.
Temporary Fencing for Sites That Keep Changing
While permanent panels are not suitable for every boundary, BENDIN’s construction fencing range also includes a variety of temporary enclosures for use during building work, road work, etc. These systems have different requirements with respect to support of the panels, mobility of sections etc. and the type of gate/ access required for the various phases of work on site.
Even if your project changes shape over time, we would be happy to come to site with you and your team and produce a site plan detailing the work phases and likely routes of traffic. We can then discuss the likely dimensions of our panels, their supporting bases, connections and the various coating options available. Exposed edges or openings can be protected as a separate safety application and we would check the project requirements with you and your team.
How Factory Capacity Supports a Coordinated Order
BENDIN’s factory in Anping, Hebei is based in a 15,000m² area equipped with over 80 pieces of machines and a staff of about 190 people. In addition to mesh welding, cutting, production of chain link fences and surface treatment, our factory can discuss with customers related parts such as factory fence components in one manufacturing plan. When placing repeat orders, it is recommended to ask how the factory checks panel size, post type, coating color and gate specification against approved drawing.
Receiving of goods at foreign location also deserves equal attention as production. Inform BENDIN where the goods are to be shipped to, if the unloading of long panels is possible at the site and if different areas of the project require packing and delivery separately. Discussions regarding packing, export formalities, quality checks and after-sales services can be held by the team. If there are any specific standards or test methods required for a project, kindly mention in the inquiry so that proposed configuration can be assessed against it.

If you would like to schedule a one-on-one meeting, please use the BENDIN contact page or email info@bendintech.com. Please suggest a date and time during Phase 2. Let us know if a project layout, a stocked range of products or a gate and accessories package is of greatest importance to you. Please include the name of your company and the destination country for which you are looking. Walk-in visitors are also welcome at booth 8.0F12.
Share a Draft Parts List in Advance
Before you travel, send us the lengths and height of each fence line plus the position and width of gates plus any specific post details or coating required. A marked up plan is best but a simple list is OK. Clearly identify any items that are uncertain such as ground fixing not chosen or a vehicle access that may change width. These will form the basis of a practical agenda for the meeting.
We Look Forward to Meeting You in Guangzhou
We will be at the fence fair in Guangzhou during October 23–27, 2026 at booth 8.0F12. We look forward to meeting you there and together completing your drawing, parts list or answering any remaining questions you have about the panels, gates, accessories and even shipments. We can then immediately assist with the implementation of your fence order.
